EYEBROW MICROBLADING

LVL LASH TREATMENT

LVL Enhance adds length, volume and lift to natural eyelashes with no extensions, adhesive or mascara.

LVL has been designed to enhance your natural eyelashes by straightening them at the root, creating the appearance of longer, thicker lashes. Plus, the added lash tint creates a mascara-style effect, so you’re lash perfect from the moment you wake up.

UV LASHES

The eyelash glue is 100% cured immediately and customers are allowed to let water touch their eyelashes directly. There is no more “48 hours, no water rule” anymore.

Allergy risk is reduced by 80% because as the glue is directly cured, it no longer emits fumes.

HOPI EAR CANDLES

Ear Candling is a pleasant, noninvasive treatment that can help promote an enhanced state of health. It is used primarily to relieve conditions in the head and ear area – including sinus problems, compacted ear wax, tinnitus and headaches – but is also just an enjoyable means of relieving stress.

Treatment Policy

To make sure you enjoy your treatment, please arrive just prior to your appointment time.

To enjoy relaxing treatments we ask that you keep your phone on silent.

A patch test is needed 24 hours before any tinting treatments. If you have any allergies, please let me know.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to fill out a consultation form and card.

Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment at Beauty by Teena, you are accepting our cancellation policy. We require a 50% deposit when booking any treatment to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your completed treatment cost. We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If we do not receive 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit as we will not be able to fill the slot.

Cancellation and rescheduling of your appointment up to 48 hours before can be done either by using the Ovatu app, over the phone or, if you cannot reach us by phone, by email.

Our right to change

If your chosen therapist is not available to carry out your treatment(s) due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment. In the event that we can not fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone or email at the earliest possible opportunity and return any deposit paid.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw services from our website or app, whether temporarily or permanently, from time to time.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage that occurred.
